"The hotel itself is well located near Sairee Beach and to all shops/restaurants. The room we stayed in was very close to some hostels that have loud music every night. Not a problem for us as we are heavy sleepers but may be something to consider for others. They said there would be a shuttle to pick us up from the pier but when we arrived we couldn’t find the shuttle. The ferry was about 30 minutes delayed which we thought may be the reason the shuttle wasn’t there. We got a taxi instead which costs about 300 baht one way. The room has everything you need with a safe, fridge, hairdryer etc. The balcony is spacious although you can see into the balconies next door. Please can the hotel consider getting sheer curtains for added privacy. Otherwise it was a decent stay for the price as it is well located."

"Lovely resort hotel, beautiful setting, great lodges with all facilities, helpful staff and a convenient shuttle service to and from the main town and pier. Free yoga and other facilities, plus an excellent spa. A fantastic place to stay, but not recommended for anyone with mobility issues - lots of steps everywhere. I don’t think the restaurant was brilliant, though it was fine, so we ate out most of the time. Still a great destination. "

"The location was good. Staff helpful. The bar opening was disappointing. Was not able to come back to hotel bar at night as closed early. They are missing a trick which is a shame. "
