"Description about the room is misleading. we booked the room because on the description, it has king size bed. It was queen and we inquired about it, the staff member answered the phone said it's their king. The room is dark with all the lights on and we mentioned, they said the lights that don't turn on are part of decoration. We brought in hidden camera detector and began to scan, it beeps on shower head. we didn't take shower. We went else where to take shower. "

"Booked the suite in the hotel, looked a decent price for quite a nice looking suite for a night in Incheon before heading to the airport. The suite itself was ok (they are all different by the looks so its pot luck). Mine had kitchen area, with pretty much everything labelled as 'DO NOT USE'. So not sure what the point of it was! "Conveniently located next to some nice restaurants and shops and not too far from the metro. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakast was excellent, albeit missing coffee. The room had a slight odor and could have been cleaner, but wasn't terrible and was decently sized."
