"Staff were very considerate and helpful. Breakfast was simple, but good. The rooms seems to be designed in the style that caters to traveling Japanese business men. My room was small, but enough room for one traveler looking for a clean and safe place to sleep. The only improvement I could suggest to the hotel is to provide foldable platforms in the room so guests can lay their luggage on top of something. All in all, a great value in a convenient location in close proximity to multiple train lines."

"Super easy access to the department store/mart/lotte world adventures/subway station/lotte world mall. The parking can be very challenging, but they have a separate space for the hotel guests. Was very pleased with my stay, highly recommend this hotel!"

"Very comfortable bed and reasonably sized room with street view. The location is best with two subway stations and hustling restaurant streets of Gangnam within walking distance. We love the breakfast buffet very much and the free night ramen. The oxen experience is awesome. Definitely will come back."
