"I can say this is by far the best accommodation I have lived in during my numerous holidays all these years. I can honestly live there for at least a month. It's just such a cute double story villa with amazing views outside and it feels like a home. It's got everything you need and all the space you want. Great for even a family. "Stay away from this hotel: no person in the front desk; the heat was not working (-2 Celsius); no one answered the phone for customer service … worst nightmare for my stay in a foreign country that only a few persons speak English. I will try to dispute the charges for my stay. I was disappointed that Expedia didn’t step in to help!! Very frustrating and un-professional "

"I enjoyed staying here, but there are some things that can be improved. The air filter in the bathroom had not been cleared in a really long time, if ever. No one has dusted behind the TV in quite some time. I stayed for two weeks, but was only given 1 role of toilet paper and a meager amount of dish soap. The lighting outside is very dim and I was worried about slipping when come back in the evening when it had rained. It would also be helpful to have instructions in English for the appliances....
