"We stayed here in hopes of seeing Mt. Fuji and got the best view. We enjoyed a relaxing day of rain, but woke to sun and a great view. The property is clean and staff freinsly. It was a birthday trip and they noticed it on my passport and created a sign and gift. Should’ve read the details on the website to bring food in, but they were willing to help. Will for sure stay if ever in the area again. "

"Apartment is new and very well appointed. There are 2 bedrooms - one has a western bed and the other has futons. Bedrooms are small and doesn’t have cupboards or other furnishings. That is fine because we spent most of our time in the living area. The kitchen is very complete and all utensils are provided. There are 2 separate toilet bowls but only a shared shower. Staff service is excellent. Location wise it is in a quiet neighbourhood but it is definitely not a place if you don’t have a car. A...

"Take a local bus and you are about 10 minutes or so from the lodgings. Can also schedule a pickup and drop off ahead of time, but it only happens at certain intervals. The living room space does get cold in the evening and nights for fall and winter. The food provided for cooking were good cuts of meat and nicely prepared for you to grill and cook. Place was clean and spacious, lovely view of Mt. Fuji, and staff was friendly and helpful."

"Great place in the lake Kawaguchi area. A very large space that would have easily handled 4 even though we were only three. Lots o activities especially for families. A great onsen on premise. Staff was super helpful and friendly even bringing us some roasted corn to our room as we showed interest as we walked past him. "
