"Absolutely loved staying at the JR East Hotel Mets Premier Sapporo. The staff was helpful, the amenities amazing and the cleaning staff great. Loved how the hotel communicated with us and provided helpful info to making our stay welcoming. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip back to Japan, and also saw another property by the Makuhari-Toyosuna station that we will also stat at because we enjoyed this Sapporo property."

"Stayed in 3 beds room. The light above the 3rd bed didn’t shut off. We had to use the main switch which turned everything off even the outlets. Beware of this as our phones didn’t charge overnight. Pleasant staff. There are some toiletries you can pick up at the lobby. I love that they provide body&hand cream, cleansing oil, facial foam and etc. A/C / heat can be adjusted. For the elevator to operate you have to use keycard when you going up. Close to train station walking 5 mins."

"Hotel is about 2min to the nearest exit of Sapporo Station. A few convenience stores around the area and most importantly, a lot of day trips departs from the bus park that is diagonally opposite the hotel, which means u do not need to wake up super early to catch those buses for your day trips with Klook"

"It was close to a mall and the Sapporo Convention Center. The best thing was it was steps away from the subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had nice amenities. Wouldn't mind booking the property again. "

"The hotel is new, just one year old, with good facility and very comfy bed. The service is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast service is excellent as well. It is off the city centre but it is right opposite sapporo factory so dinner is not a problem."

"The location is perfect! Room size is good. Breakfast is amazing! I stayed for 3 nights and eberyday was different. They also prepare for guests to have brekky takeaway, very caring."
