"Hotel was a little further away from the train station and for winter it’s not so good as it’s tough to drag yr luggage through snow and ice. Maybe during non winter the walk is ok. The lift to the hotel is behind as the escalators don’t allow luggage"

"The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is also very nice and let us check in sooner than normal check in time since the room was ready. It’s very convenient location, about 7min from the Sapporo station. Highly recommended. "

"Hotel close to JR, 5 minutes walk. Staff were great, helpful and professional. Room size decent for Japanese standard, a little out dated but clean and comfortable. Pillows can be improved. Quiet area, amenities restocked daily. Public bath on 9th floor, with out door bath. Coins operated laundromat was very reasonably priced, 5kg capacity both washers and dryers. "

"Self check in was very easy, and they gladly held our bags because we were early. Room was a little tight/small, but it was clean. We got a smoking room for some reason, so there was a noticeable (but not too heavy) smell of smoke. They provided a room and clothing spray, which was very thoughtful and we used it often. It's located very close to the train station so it was easy to get around. The free breakfast had a great spread of Japanese foods and some Western foods."
