"The location is nice (about a 30 minute winding road drive from Karuizawa station), but the building is a bit on the older side. Dogs are allowed, and the walls are a bit thin, so when someone walks by outside or the (quite loud) AC unit switches on, expect to hear barking no matter what time it is. The beds are also quite old and not particularly comfortable. "

"スタッフの方がとても気さくな方たちで良かった。ホテル自体そんなに広くもないのですが全体に古い感じもありましたが清潔にされてて快適でした。ベッドのマットが柔らかかったので少し寝にくかった。普段固めなので慣れるまで… 2食付きでした、夕食はすき焼きだったのですがお腹いっぱい食べました、お肉も野菜も美味しい。キャベツはここでしか食べれない契約農家さんの限定キャベツで柔らかく甘みがありました。周辺は何も無いのでコンビニに寄ってから来ることをおすすめします。駐車場はすぐ目の前で無料です。"

"This is an immaculate property that I would recommend to anyone. It’s quaint, well-managed, and simply a pleasurable place to spend time with a loved one. One complaint, however, is the bed. It’s quite possible the firmest bed I’ve tried to sleep on, so I wouldn’t recommend the western-style room."
