"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. They have a strict check in policy where you can’t get in one minute before the schedule check in time and the lobby gets filled with 100 people or more all waiting to check in, but they have five check in kiosk so the check-in goes fairly fast. They have a decent breakfast buffet that also gets really crowded. Even if you go as soon as it opens there will be a line. "Great hotel, location and service. Close to Namba station, Parks shopping centre and a 10 to 15 min to Dotonbori. Staff, gym, facilites were all fantastic. Only issue was the twin beds. We booked for our family of 4, with 2 adults and 2 children who are still 9 and 11 and there was no way to sleep 2 on the twin beds. No other upgrades were available, and no Tanami mats etc, so 1 had to sleep on the floor which was difficult. Probably because we didnt appreciate the difference between twin...

"Very nice property located near popular Osaka! Condition is excellent with amenities like onsen, and laundry. Front staff are very friendly as well, helping with shipment our luggage to Tokyo.
