"The only horrible thing to me and my husband was the mattress was hard as bricks! It hurt my back and hips! The pillows were so soft I had a sore neck. I the bathroom with all that space the toilet was so small I thought it was a kindergarten toilet. I had to hold on to the door to pull myself up and down!"

"The owner and staff of the Vancouver were outstanding! The hotel is on the beach with fantastic sunrise views. Vancouver allows pets for a small fee, which is great if you travel with a furry friend. My room was clean and featured a coffee machine, microwave, and small fridge-perfect if you are out and about during the day, but if you're interested in comfy side chairs for reading and streaming, room service, etc., this may not be the place for you. That said, I'd stay at the Vancouver again"

"Paid for a double bed and got a single. The room was still under construction. In the closets were paint cans and materials. On a positive note, they are remodeling the rooms and the progress looks nice. If we had got the double beds and the remodeling was complete, I would have recommended this hotel. "

"Amazing! My family and I spent my birthday weekend in a beautiful 3 bedroom home. The customer service is unmatched! Check in and check out process was excellent, and quick. They offer shuttle service which operates extremely fast, and everything you need is onsite. Will definitely book another getaway here!"
