However, a little disappointed that we booked the Gateway caldera view with private lunge pool but the pool was out of order so we did not have the Santorini experience that we looked forward to and booked for. Management agreed to offer us a discount/credit for the inconvenience, have to wait and see if Expedia and property will honor. "

"The property was beautiful … really a lovely cool, calm space that was perfect in almost every way … the only thing worth noting is that although a two bed villa … there aren’t any doors so there’s no privacy. Even the bathroom has a open window into the space (you can’t see directly in as there’s an enormous light shade blocking the view in ( it goes into the shower space) but again, it just compromises any kind of privacy you might want/require!
