"our stay at santoroia luxury suite by caldera houses was an absolute letdown. for two full days, we had no hot water in our shower, which was completely unacceptable, especially after long days at beaches, pools, and hot tubs. we informed the staff repeatedly, and yet, the issue was never fixed. only on the last night did they offer us another room to shower—something they should have done immediately. when we asked for compensation, their response was infuriating. they told us the use of a...

"Highly recommend! The house was clean, the view was fabulous, and location was great. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and the breakfast provided was generous. Beds were comfortable. I only wish there had been a light blanket, as the nights were cool and we would’ve loved to have still sat outside on the balcony. The hot tub was a great addition, though the temp was not hot enough to enjoy it at night. We loved our stay."

"Sophie Privilege was above and beyond our expectations. We had the most magnificent view of the Santorini sunset from our own balcony. "Our villa was a short walk from the main street in Oia. Once we sorted the WhatsApp contact process, check-in and out was simple, and our host organised airport transfers and baggage storage for us. Cleaners came every day, so bedding and towels were fresh as well. Overall, a lovely stay and would strongly recommend."

Great place to be for Oia.

"We really enjoyed the unique “cave” experience of staying at this hotel. We were there for three nights. The location was perfect as middle of Oia and easy access to the main walkway. A couple of things you should know. 1) there are quite a few steps down from the main path to the hotel so coming back up required a reasonable climb (A few flights of stairs). It wasn’t excessive and likely very normal for hilly Santorini but just be aware before booking. (This is not meant as a negative comment). 2) There are no windows (except on the door). You get a great view of the water from outside on the landing. From the bedrooms there is minimal natural light. Overall I was very happy with our stay at Caldera Premium Villa. "
