The staff did not speak a word of English had to use Google translate which was very challenging; we booked a 1 bed they put us in a 2 bdrm and made us move the next day as we were leaving for our outing. "Stayed 3 nights Lovely place , lovely staff and a nice home from home feel . The rooms whilst basic were comfortable and clean . The bathrooms are large with excellent showers . There is a pool downstairs and it’s semi open . The water was freezing but I did go in winter . They offer a range of services including laundry , transport and tour bookings . Few minutes to the old town . No complaints and would happily stay again "

"I would be surprised to find a better value for your money in Hoi An. My room was immense, with everything I needed. And they always made sure to clean. Manage your expectations, this is a Homestay, not a hotel. So it's got a very cool family vibe to it. "I very much enjoyed my stay at Town Of Viet House Homestay! When I arrived, I was upgraded to a room with a balcony. My room was HUGE and very clean with a king size bed and AC. The hosts were very welcoming and helped me during my stay with advice on where to get good deals and helped me organise airport transfer. They also had bikes which guests are free to use. Location was perfect, overall great value. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An."

"The perfect and new residence at the edge of the night market and two hundred meters from the river and bridge crossing into the Ancient City. Unlimited restaurants and entertainment while also very quiet. Rooms are newly completed with very comfortable bedding and great light. The corner room (304) even boasts two balconies.
