"Not long after arrival, I walked around the complex and couldn’t figure out what was going on here. The lobby is beautiful, the restaurant and food are really good, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Yet, there’s abandoned shops, all through the complex. It turns out that covid decimated that side of it. It’s a really cool place. My kids and I had a great stay. Throw a few dollars into a coffee or two in the shops that are open and encourage it to grow. "

"What a wonderful place to stay for a visit to Hoi An! All the staff was wonderful, kind and helpful. An extra thank you to Tapie for the warm welcome we received when we arrived. The hotel was clean and beautiful! Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Staff at breakfast were wonderful as well. Location of this hotel was only a few minutes walk to the old Ancient town. Highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to staying here again!! "

"If you want a different hotel experience, this is it. The rooms are made of concrete! The bed was very comfortable, and the view of rice fields unique. It is close to the Old Town, but if you dont want to walk, Grab mobile is inexpensive. After the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, this was peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed meeting "Tuna" who works in the restaurant."

"Overall great hotel. Breakfast is good. Amenities are good. Only complaint i have is lack of elevator. If you have bad knees this is a minus. I booked a loft without knowing the meaning of a loft, apparently it means the bedroom is on another level. You have to climb stairs to get to the bed. Another minus, is the noise from the hallway as people walk back to their rooms. The insulation for sound could be better. Other than that the staffs are very helpful and friendly. We borrowed the bike and biked around which is nice"
