"The hotel is easily reached from the main Nagoya station. The sounds of the trains from the railway can be heard from the room. For some persons it might be disturbing, but as we love trains a lot, we quite enjoy it. The service and the staffs are excellent. The front desk service is very helpful."

"Loved the Japanese style windows in the room, made it feel like more than just another hotel room. Busy foyer with a nice xmas model town display. Friendly helpful staff, great service upon exiting the taxi, and upon departure. Loved the pool and gym. Would stay again. "
