"Bos de Penit was an excellent location for 26 dear friends to talk, eat and play. Very quiet, lots of public space for people to gather. Superb grill. Incredible 30 foot long table with view of surrounding nature. Pool was lovely. We hired a chef for three nights which was a very positive addition to our stay. We recommend this location for groups who want to maximize time together in a peaceful setting."

"The booking took place through Vrbo and then onwardly directed to Belvilla - no issues and worked well. House is a little dated but very well appointed as a rental property. The pool is amazing, heated which is a nice thing to have too! Slightly odd that bedding and towels not included and so we paid extra per person for bedding which was just left for us to make beds ourselves. "Our third stay at this villa and the first with Fabrice the new owner, who has made numerous improvements. It was good before and is now excellent. The weather for our second week was wet and chilly, so could have done with the pool being heated, but understand this is one of the plans for next year. We will definitely try to go back again."

"Rien à redire sur la maison et son emplacement très au calme. Aucun bruit pas de voisin, et un très bel espace jardin avec piscine et beaucoup de coins sympas avec du mobilier extérieur. L'équipement de la maison est très complet notamment la cuisine ou encore le Braséro pour les BBQ. Je pense que nous pourrions la louer à nouveau. Merci pour l'accueil Corinne."

"We stayed with friends and family at this beautiful manor/farm house with 8 King bedrooms and 1 dorm rooms. There is lots of space for people to relax and enjoy this wonderful part of the world. The host was considerate and helpful. Highly recommended."

"I rented the property at Belvilla which seemed to be located at Saint_George-de-Montclard. The accommodation seemed fine at first. However, on the evening of day two we found several mice in the main living area and soon afterwards we found at least 4 more running around the kitchen. My wife and other family members were extremely upset. Many of my party wanted to leave immediately. They found it very hard to be in the building with mice running around. However, it was not practical at that time...

"We all had a absolutely wonderful time here. Enough space and facilities for everyone to do things together and/or have quite time with a book somewhere. The river nearby offered even more more great fun and activities. Eric was an amazing host with lots of help and info of where to go for markets etc. We can recommend this beautiful spot for big families."
