"I cannot say enough about the kind staff at this hotel. Especially the woman at the front desk that helped find the right room for my son, who had an accident, and was on crutches. "I enjoyed my stay at Crosstown ByPillow. The location was very good for South of the centre of madrid food and drink, but also only less than 5 mins to a metro stop which has line 1 which goes up through centro. I was initially given a room where the toilet flush wasn't working. After a failed attempt at fixing I was found a new room. Service at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful of all the people I encountered."
