"overall good hotel, exept for 2 episodes, a women screaming at 2am in the room next door and a woman using her cel phone on loud speakers in the breakfast room. we had to report these episodes to the Reception"

"Loved this hotel. Wonderful staff, great location near the sea. Highly recommended but be aware that like many Muscat hotels it is some miles from the historic zone. Loved the relaxed area around the hotel at night - the cafes, restaurants and a small shopping centre"

"Staff were all welcoming and communicative, service was good in all areas. Lady from reception in the evening was especially helpful in sorting out our WiFi issues. Our room on the fifth floor was delightful with a large balcony which had sun all day. "
