Highlights of the home are the outdoor lounge area with big screen tv which is perfect for watching sports, the outdoor kitchen, the view of the canal and alligator watching, master bathroom’s large shower and fabulous tub. "Ryan is extremely responsive. The only issue was WiFi was not working when we arrived but he had someone come by the next morning and resolved it. This was our third stay here and while the neighborhood is mediocre the location is great and the house has been nicely update. Very clean and well appointed. Only other suggestion is phone chargers or plug outlets added to the nightstands by the beds. "

"We were so please with this home! The pool and pool area was amazing, with great privacy and tropical foliage all around. Communication with the homeowner was very easy. The home had everything we needed for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the living area. The location was perfect, central to the beaches and activities of Venice & Englewood. We would deffinetley stay there again if visiting Venice!"
