"On the good side, the staff were very nice and friendly. But there are issues of maintenance: many things not working properly: AC, water pressure, interphone, towels, etc. The name of the hotel is Alfa but the only sign in the street points to the "Fressy" hotel. "My stay at Arcadia Suites in Kampala for a total about a week and a half was excellent. Very friendly staff, rooms were comfy, well equipped and very clean, nice gym with a view, excellent restaurant on the rooftop with outstanding included breakfasts. The message communication did not work but I always got a response emailing them. Airport shuttle was competitively priced, extremely clean and no issues. "
