As a frequent world traveller ( International correspondent ) , this was my worst hotel stay- EVER!
Do not be fooled by the bogus percentage or the numbers that Galxay management displays.
It is simply not true.
Out of the 6 nights I was trapped in that “ heartbreak Motel“ the Internet was absent for 2 days, partially or continuously. After exhaustive inquiry it turned out that the “ simple technical problem “ reason they told us was a lie! We learned that the provider interrupted the service because Galaxy people FAILED to pay on time! Adding to your misery, there are NO air conditioning in the pigeon-cage-sized rooms. As such, the frequent electricity blackouts would make your sleepless night more hellish!
The powerless staff are extremely friendly and polite but if you had a chance to speak to their sales accountant, Edwin, he would undoubtedly volunteer unnecessary over doze of arrogance, pretentious of knowledge and tendencies to adopt fraudulent ways to overcharge you!
Although my actual stay was 6 nights he insisted to charge me for a 7th night that I did not stay ! When I told him this is a brazen , fraudulent , rip off of my money and vowed to report it on my review , his reply was “ pay us and write what you want .We do not care about your threats “.I hope Expedia Group and its affiliates care about their reputation and there customers.I demand compensation and kicking Galaxy Motel from their listing.
