"What a beautiful place!! What beautiful people!! What fantastic meals!! I was there for 11 days. After the first couple days i mentioned to the manager that mattress was pretty worn. That evening i had a new mattress!! All the staff, including the security team, are extremely pleasant and helpful."

"Well, the reception stuff does not understand how to read an Expedia reservation. They are either not trained or pretend to be so that they have a reason for extra-charge. The elevator does not have safety sensor. It hit me pretty hard. It would have crashed a child's head, I'm afraid. I got bruises on my shoulder. Only one building has elevator. The other one has AC. The card key system did not work. I had to ask the reception person to open for me every time. Breakfast is symbolical. We were...
