"The place was quit nice - there were some things on the deck that could be cleaned up old tile boxes etc., but all in all was quite nice. We had delivered a new coffee maker and a new tv to replace ones that weren't working very quickly. Unfortunately we were led to believe that this place was in town and in fact was out of town, but received compensation for this. The pool doesn't receive alot of sun so it was quite cold to use. "Should have been cleaner, not enough towels, lots of ants in kitchen, not enough pots and pans, no gas on grill. Has potential need to take better care. Very warm in living room and kitchen, no AC or fan in those areas."

"It was very great spending my days at the house. I was very satisfied about everything especially the host. She was very caring and sweet. I was received all the services that I need on time. She is a hard worker and she did great. I don’t have any complaints. And honestly I’m looking forward to come back soon."

"I booked a seven-bedroom and only got a four-bedroom; the staff and the VRRO host took over half our trip to get things corrected, so I only got suitable accommodations for two nights of my five-night stay. Then, for the days I had to stay in the four, i never got reimbursed for thier mix up so two of the guest had to sleep in uncomfortable situation. They refused to give me a refund of the difference in price for the 4 verus the 7."

"This is a beautiful house with a very large master suite upstairs. The three bedrooms downstairs were decent sized, two of which used the hall bathroom, the other had a private bathroom. Soap was not available when we arrived but there is a small store right inside the entrance of the gated community that had just about every basic need available. The maid was very nice and helpful though only speaks Spanish. We did struggle with getting the upstairs balcony light to stay on and while the...
