We were in the hotel in early February, which is clearly a low-residency time that they were using to do some painting and refurbishment. Price was really reasonable and the breakfast is €15 per day and worth it (but might be cheaper if booked beforehand). No issues with quietness or comfort. One problem though - the shower head was leaking and therefore had very weak flow."
