"Casper is a helpful host/owner. He had a great list of recommendations and showed us around the property when we arrived. The studio was nice and a great location to the train station. With a Vrbo, I expect to rent the whole place, just be aware that you’ll have a neighbor that you share a front door with and that the owner has an adjoining door they stays locked. I never felt unsafe but didn’t feel like this was spelled out on the description. The original listing mentioned a hot tub twice,...

"Great stay! Unique place! Seemed out of way but ten minute bus ride from end of street to downtown Amsterdam was easy. Marieke and Sander great hosts! Restaurants, grocery and bakery nearby. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"This was an incredible end to our trip. The town is so quaint and adorable with so many friendly people. The houseboat was gorgeous, clean and beautifully decorated. The sauna was perfect since the weather was a little chill but exactly what you’d expect for the end of December. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was an amazing experience!"

"I was really excited to see what it would be like on a canal boat. One of the first things that happened was a pair of swans floated by. Pretty cool. The location of the boat was in the middle of everything. A great jumping off point to tour the center of Amsterdam. I enjoyed my accommodation and exploring the city. "

"We had a truly wonderful stay on Robertino and Carl's boat. The property is stunning, beautifully situated and equipped with every amenity you could think of. We enjoyed cooking in their well stocked kitchen, spent our evenings on deck watching the defilé of boats pass by and slept deeply on the very comfortable beds. Even though the boat is located on a busy canal, it is very peaceful and private. Thank you for making this such a memorable stay."
