"I didn’t enjoy much staying at this guest house. The breakfast options and timings are very limited; they don’t provide much toiletries (the shampoo and hand wash are mixed with water) and I just had 1 towel for the entire stay; rooms are not clean on a daily basis, although someone entered the room everyday when I was out; we were tried to be fouled with a tour that we booked through the hotel (that was even more expensive that booking it through GetYouGuide for example). Not very good...

"It’s a must visit luxury resort in Ubud. All staff members there are professional and so kind: exception and great service by all staff, especially Yude, who really went above and beyond service and really ensured we are comfortable and satisfied with our stay.
