"My wife and I loved our time in this hidden gem. The garden, feilds, and pool were an amazing oasis. The host was responsive and accomodating. The inside is so cozy, and the beds are amazing comfortable. Plus the location near Rochester gave us access to friends as well as things we wanted to do. Food options are minimal, and the kitchenette doesn't have plates or cups, but as long as you bring the food you want you're all set to go!"

"The house is great, bed comfy and love that it is across street from a fun Alpaca farm that we toured (and purchased a few early Christmas presents!). The owners left a light and the AC on so comfortable from the start! Also this is a good spot to use when touring around Canandaigua and Honeoye Falls. And sitting on deck saw a couple deer in the backyard’"

Friends and shopping were minutes away and the accomodations were quiet considering the proximity to the rail lines and express way. The beds were outstanding and the HVAC and other mechanical systems worked well. We would definitely stay there again the next time we visit in the area."
