"Clean and appeared new. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Nice open floor plan. Enjoyed the lake view. House was as advertised. Weather a bit cool to enjoy the wrap around porch but house provided nice windows to enjoy the view from inside."

"Everything was great about the house that I stayed in. It was just beds wasn’t made in dirty linen on the floor from previous guest before me mirrors was dirty bathrooms was dirty, but it was a major fix because we cleaned up when we got there but everything else was great."

"The Lake House was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a large family gathering. The host gave clear directions to find the property and where to park (4 spots available). Ideas for restaurants were provided. We spent time in Letchworth State Park (breath-taking), at wineries and antique shops nearby. It was a great autumn weekend in New York!"
