"The Plagoo Hotel was a terrible Bali hotel and experience. I got to the hotel at 4 in the morning (after an exhausting long flight), just to find the room in bad condition with cockroaches in the shower ( and I took a picture of this ). I did not even stay that night, I booked out and stayed at another hotel . Over the next number of days , both myself, my father and Expedia tried to get reimbursed for the booking ( 16 nights) . At the very least I should have received 14 nights cancellation...

"Very nice & quiet, spacious & great having your private plunge pool. Staff was really nice & tours are very reasonable—best deals around. Only negative was that nothing was with in walking distance so you’d have to cab it everywhere"

"Beautiful property, amazing views. Located high up on a backroad so not at all walkable to anything. We booked a villa with a private pool. Room was clean, large and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was small, but food was delicous. Would stay again but not for more than a couple days due to location. "
