"Staff were polite, were able to store luggage and bar staff were great fun. Hotel was in an excellent location and room was clean - only downside was noise level as people walked up and down hall way."

"This hotel is right where you need to be. It is in the middle of the city and easy, straight shot to the fisherman’s wharf. Plenty of diners and cafes near by to choose from as well. We had a great experience. "

"The property is very confusing. Trying to find anything from the swimming pool is almost impossible. If it wasn’t for the Awesome staff that works here I would’ve given this the stars but they have the best staff that I’ve dealt with at a hotel. Very nice and friendly and understanding. The rooms are just OK. The swimming pool and the sauna is nice. "

"What I like about this area is that it’s close to the sfo Airport. Many restaurants to choose from that’s walking distance in the area and the room that I stayed in was nice."

"Is right next to the cable car stop and there's a whole foods across the street, there's some decent restaurants nearby,and it's good access for waymo and Uber and stuff"
