"This is a beautiful older home that has been updated to the max. The location was perfect for us. We parked right in front of the house and never moved the car. We easily walked to the Belvedere Resturant, the open market, the Fulton Theater enjoying a live show, Starbucks and the Plough Cafe. There was a t.v. in all the bedrooms and downstairs with complete access to many of the popular streaming platforms. The enclosed backyard was secure and perfect for our 2 small dogs. "8 of us stayed at this rental. We wanted to experience the nightlife of Lancaster without staying downtown. This house was more than big enough for us to all sleep comfortably. The older/Amish style felt like we were staying at our grandparents house. Instructions were clear and concise. I wish there was an option for early and late check in so we could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay here again."

"This was our second time staying at Bob and Terri’s cozy home atop the hill and it was just as amazing as the first stay. It was a quick trip for us but was comforting knowing exactly what our stay would be like and that everything we could need to have a comfortable stay was already in place. The hosts even treated us to Lancaster made whoopie pies, special homemade breads and granola bars. It even smelled so clean and welcoming when we walked in and there were vacuuming lines on the carpets...

Used the grill though this time of year gets dark early and a little tough to see though there is lighting on patio. Beds were comfortable . "If you’re in the area for sports at Spooky Nook I recommend staying here. It’s a ten minute drive to the facility, costs less than a hotel, and has the comforts of a home without being cramped with your family in a hotel room. I’ve rented here twice and while it does just fine when we are at tournaments. "

"We loved the place and the location. We love the snacks and the coffee. It seems recently remodeled in such a beautiful way. Very inspiring. Hosts are kind and super accommodating. Beds are very comfortable. Only advise we have is that we thought it got too hot at night and would have set the thermostat lower than 66. But it eventually did get cooler. Thank you for having us. We will be back. "
