There is a lot of well thought out space and amenities packed into this small house. The location is ideal walking distance for IA games and activities. "The space was great as we needed room to gather after my mom's memorial service. The bedrooms met our needs - we only slept in them. We appreciated having the double oven to heat/bake food for a gathering. The 2-car garage was great making packing the car nicer in the very cold weather.Grocery stores were nearby. "This is a clean, updated, quiet property with room for spreading out or gathering. The outdoor space looks like it would be fun in the summer! The host was prompt in answering my questions. We enjoyed our family time together!"

"great location and walking distance to a lot of places. BUT we felt like we were staying in someone's house who packed up and left for the weekend. It was not very sanitary, there were multiple dog beds throughout the house, even though the listing said no pets, which made it hard for my partner who is extremely allergic to dogs. We didn't use the upstairs bathroom because the shower was so moldy. There were personal items left in the bathroom drawers and the fidge had open food and there was...

"Our family and my friend’s family stayed here. We have 4 sons ages 24-25. They loved the pool table and all of the TVs to connect to. We had people meet from four different towns with a total of 5 cars and there was plenty of room in the driveway to park. The older adults and slept upstairs and the younger ones downstairs which was a perfect set up. Great place to spend NYE. "

"In town for the Nebraska game. 4 adults/4kids had plenty of room and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Great property, close to everything downtown. Owner was easily reachable and made everything as simple as possible for check in/out. Will definitely plan to stay again when back in town. Thanks! "

"The host was great with communication and she even purchased a highchair for my 12 month grandchild. The home is new construction and very comfortable. It was nice having my adult children and their families under one roof during our family's loss. Stars 🌟 all around for this gem. "

"The Cozy Cottage is darling and very comfortable! The white and black farmhouse style has lots of great natural light and is a joy to wake up to. The cottage is dog friendly, which is an huge plus. Outside there is a fire pit and the cutest little chickens. We would stay again!"
