"We absolutely loved our stay at Cottage Yushin and would recommend that anyone staying at/around Lake Kawaguchi stay here as this side of the lake was very quiet and not nearly as crowded as the other side near Kawaguchi Station (the side where Mt Fuji is). "The hotel is extremely spacious, super clean and has all the household needs. More importantly, the owner couple is very nice! Not really good location

"We couldn't get in the house by follow the map location. And I contacted the manager but no answer, I needed to ask people around there which was they don't understand English. So I needed to find the way to the house by ourself as we needed to drive to another road to get into the house. Need to walk about 300 meters from parking to house without lights. And the house is very close to an electricity post.We needed to stay freezing outside with house to do the check-in process which is need to take photo of every single person to get a pin code. I think it would be better to let us get in house and stay warm then take a photo of everyone.Advertising says 3 bedrooms but it actually had only 2 bedrooms. Not enough heaters for the whole house in winter. And also electricity was cut off so many times during the stay.It wasn't as we expected but the living area is big which is good"
