"Overall we had a great stay here, staff was friendly and helpful, it was a convenient area for both Mt. Pleasant and Downtown Charleston. Room 409 needs the magnet on the shower door replaced but that's the only issue we had in our room and we didn't feel the need to do anything about it because it wasn't a big deal. We had the breakfast a couple times, which was fine. And our dinner there one night was also good. Would stay again!"

"I was only here for one night but it was a quick drive to the historic area of town, City Market, etc. Really easily accessible off 17. Super clean. The pool area is fantastic! Lots of different spaces with outdoor games, covered seating, towels...the ONLY thing missing is a hot tub! The bartender Thursday night was friendly and great at her job. I hope all IHG hotels are this good."

"We love staying here. The views are amazing. Our room was nice but, could use some updates. The curtains to balcony had paint on them. Maid service never came and we were not told they wouldn’t be by at check in. The pillows were nice looking but very uncomfortable. We like the amenities like the Reel Bar and Grill and the pools and hot tub. "
