There was plenty of room for our things and we were able to entertain friends and family. "The bach was behind the main house - so very private. Immaculate and comfortable. Provided us with bread, eggs, milk, tea, etc. and travel snacks. Small library. Very bright, cozy and comfortable. A wonderful stay. Highly recommended."

"We were unaware it was only 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds... but worked just fine because the boys had sleeping bags on one bed. Dishwasher was not functioning safely with drawers unable to take weight so we chose to hand wash our dishes. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay."

"This was a Victorian Cottage, with beautiful gardens and a wonderful location. I loved staying in this very historic home. Far away from the maddening crowd, this was a peaceful place to spend 3 nights. The birds were our favorite entertainment. Charming Lyttleton is just a short drive down the waterfront road and Christchurch is a beautiful drive from the cottage. Lot's of room, comfortable eat-in kitchen. easy place to relax in. "
