Unfortunately our room faced city and music and loud yelling til late at night was annoying. Slow elevators. But would definitely recommend. Safe with great service. Ammenitu guest store on property is over priced."

"I did have kind of a rough experience at check in with one particular staff member, but we worked it out and the rest of the staff was incredible. The valet and door service was a nice treat. Very great location if walking to Moda or the convention center. Overall I would stay there again. This is no reflection on the hotel, but the neighborhood does not feel as safe as it used to. As a regular visitor to Portland, I have never felt unsafe on the streets after dark in that general region, but that was not the case this time. I do think the hotel might consider having security around their back entrance after dark. I was walking back from a concert late and had a few uncomfortable experiences. "

They were both incredibly kind and accommodating. We will always stay at Hotel Lucia when in Portland solely based on their service and hospitality. "We loved this hotel and are coming back at the end of the month. Our room was fantastic, and the front desk was so wonderful. The only downside would be breakfast ends early at 9:30, so if you want to sleep in after arriving late at night, you can’t. The gym is 24h and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfy! "
