A couple days before our reservation, the owner called very apologetic, informing us that there was a sewer backup and that we wouldn't be able to stay there. But he had a friend who owned a similar size house 5 minutes away, who would be able to put us up for the night, no change in rates or anything. He was super apologetic and went out of his way to get us...

"The house was clean, cozy, and spacious. The property is large with several well maintained trails for exploring. Even if you get stuck inside, there are a ton of board games, puzzels, and a ping pong table to keep you entertained. There are several large televisions as well, but I appreciated that there was no television in the main seating area where the kitchen is; it was nice to be able to focus on people rather than a screen. Honestly, if you bring food with you there is no reason to leave...
