"Four in a party from 68 to 82 years old. We returned to B&B at 6 pm after visiting the area. The front door was open -- there was NO staff. No one showed up at all and no one was there when we left about 8:30 am the next morning! Our rooms were not cleaned and beds not made. The manager's car was in parking lot but she was no where on the property. I left a note for the owner and when she called me she told me she was not required to have anyone at the B&B and that she didn't serve breakfast...

"My sister and I came from Cleveland and Columbus to stay at the cottage for two nights on a weekend in late October. The property was very clean and also well stocked with just about anything we could need. I appreciated the thorough communication from the owner. She offered lots of detailed information on activities and restaurants in the area as well as clear instructions regarding check-in and check-out.
