Sleeping situation provided everyone privacy, the kitchen was well equipped for making meals, and we could spread out or gather together in the multiple living spaces, including the screened porch which we loved. A large variety of games to play and a bluetooth speaker for streaming music made for great relaxing mornings and evenings. The weather was perfect so made the very short drive to Mohican state park for hiking...

"This was the perfect property for a surprise 80th birthday celebration for my father and family! The Host was amazing and even left a Happy Birthday sign and some decorations to help knowing some of us traveled very far to get here. The house is huge and the kitchen was very accommodating! We hope to visit again in the near future! "

"We had 13 adults and 4 children in this house for a family wedding. There was enough room for everyone. Overall the house worked well for us. We had several mice in the kitchen and the house needed minor repairs, kitchen sink facet was loose and handle kept coming off. Screen door needed repair. Back porch had lots of spider webs. Flower beds needed to be cleaned up. Several items were needed, blankets, dishwasher soap, and pillows which were delivered same day. "
