"We loved the hotel. We had just landed from South Island and only needed one night to rest our heads before winging it back to LA. Thankfully I had made a reservation for the hotel restaurant as they ONLY accepted reservations and no walkins. Our server was absolutely lovely but the kitchen really lacked in time management. We had an 8:00 pm reservation and by 9:00 we hadn't gotten our entrees. Our server was so kind and sweet and I felt really bad for her as it wasn't her fault. Once we all got our food it was very good, but it took FOREVER. We ordered dessert and thought perhaps that wouldn't be so bad...wrong. Another 30 minutes at least before she had to go back and ask the dessert chef for it. Wine was delicious! "
