"Quiet street, out of the bustle of the harbor area and a 11 min steep, steep walk to all the action. It was perfect for us; we were able to walk to eat, gondola and Kiwi Experience Park easily. 15 min to the airport."

"Really clean, everything you need supplied - all just as the photos indicated. Was perfect for us three adults. Only minor annoying issue (that is not the fault of the property) is that due to major road works it was a much longer walk into and back from the town centre than it looks on the map. "

"Property is well located up a really step hill but the views make the walk worth it. The unit is a good size for a couple or small family but needs a lot of TLC. No ceiling fans or air con in downstairs bedroom which gets really hot and no screens on any doors or windows so hard to cool the place down. Broken door handles, curtains coming off the tracks, skirting boards broken - basic maintenance needed."

"Gorgeous area, nice rooms. Under construction and horrible smell of sewage… transportation is also an issue and while they have a shuttle it isn’t ez to use or convenient— they are reluctant to give anccess to it and make it difficult to reserve and it must be reserved."
