"Located only 20-30 minutes drive from Dundedin city centre, but in countryside setting, tucked out of the way. Quiet. Clean and comfortable room with a modern clean en suite shower room. Very comfortable bed. Small fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave, in a cupboard.Kettle. Access to a guest kitchen - but we took up the continental breakfast option (cereal, juices, toast, butter, etc). "Chris is a good host. The general decor is very intriguing. She is a prolific gardener, so flowers are a key in her decorating. Some concerns about walking to the designated VRBO area and crossing from the bedroom, which is detached, across to the bathroom and other rooms at night or in inclement weather. With all that said, I would stay there again."

"Arrived exhausted to find the most beautiful, warm and peaceful place with hammocks, spa, fairy lights, coffee, the most comfortable bed and gorgeous furnishings! Thanks so much for a fantastic few days. Brighton Beach for Sunrise was amazing as was the spa, watching a gorgeous sunset."

"Beautiful old home with many period furnishings, fixtures and decorations. The separate bathroom was modern. It was an easy drive into town and conveniently located for our visit to the Penguin Place and Albatross sanctuary. The hosts were a great help and a pleasure to spend time with."
