Everything was absolutely perfect except the Keurig coffee pot did not work like a Keurig it took several minutes to get one cup of coffee because it kept shutting off in the middle of the process. "The owner’s stayed in touch during our stay which I do appreciate. There were a couple things that made me rate the property the way I did. First, roaches! House needs an exterminator visit. There were a bunch of tires stacked up in the back yard, just made the place look bad. Lastly, even though we didn’t have any issues, this section of Decatur, is not the best."

"There was an initial snafu but the owner was available on the first call, at midnight, and resolved the issue. Regardless of whatever your issue might be, being available in the middle of the night to resolve is huge. Thank you - the stay ended up going great."
