"High end newly refinished farm house in Puglia was great for our family of 14 with enough kitchen facilities to prepare a meal at home, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and an awesome outdoor area including pool, dining area and lawn to play soccer with the kids. The location is 15 minutes from the edge of Monopoli and about 20 from Polignano a Mare, both great towns to explore especially at night. "We were allowed early check in with Giuseppe meeting us after a successful communication on Whatsapp. Giuseppe speaks very little English but with google translate the check in was easy with a great deal of hilarity. The garden with lots of sitting areas & pool were both big. We had several hiccups in the first few days but communicating with Giuseppe by whatsapp, his response to dealing with theses was immediate and to our satisfaction. "The trulli are beautifully finished with everything you could need. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again without hesitation. The location in the countryside is breathtaking. The pool, grounds and inside of the trulli are perfect. The hosts went above and beyond. We had a flat tire about 20 minutes from the trulli and she helped arrange the tow and tire change and picked us up from the roadside. "

"The traditional trullo is set in the most beautiful peaceful garden which made our stay very relaxing. The swimming pool is the best we have ever rented. Vito was supremely accessible responding immediately to WhatsApp questions both before and during our stay, recommending trips and taxis and organising a great trip to a local masseria for wine tasting. The accommodation was very clean and extremely well equipped. All we missed was aircon (not allowed in the trulli) but there were lots of fans....

"The property is lovely, very private and is set in beautiful grounds that are very well maintained. There are lots of areas to gather and socialize inside and out. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of wardrobes and hangers to unpack into. The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking and we really enjoyed the outdoor wood pizza oven and grill. STEFANO and his team made us feel completely at home and were quick to respond to any inquiry. We would happily return. A fantastic place...

"Villa was beautiful very clean, pool area very spacious, the pool was very large and clean! No air con in the lower bedroom and living area but large ceiling fan! Aircon in the second floor, where the other bedrooms were was working perfectly well. Overall the villa was great and accommodated all of us 7 adults! Matteo our host was always on call to assist us on anything we needed"
