"Overall we had an excellent stay, fantastic location centra to outlet, dock yards, restaurants, Spinnaker tower and the ferry to IOW. On the first night we when we got to the room we noticed some dry paint shavings that had fallen from the ceiling to the floor, staff were happy to love us to another room and apologised. Wayne in particular was extremely helpful and friendly as were the other front of house and manager. Car parking was in gunwharf quays. For breakfast you’re allowed to take away food in brown bags or while paper boxes which was helpful. The rooms are standard with a clean kettle and bed but we loved our stay. Would recommend. "

"Great location for exploring southampton and area. Next to many retail outlets and food places we went local Southampton Arms 2 mins away really good . Hotel clean spacious with friendly staff who were informative and professional breakfast was spot on and great start to the day. Price inc brekky was well worth it "
