Clean studio, extra toiletries, tower fan, & iron & ironing board were nice touches. Bed was a bit uncomfortable & no curtains on the blinds in front of the bed made for a bright room at night with streetlights & then morning sunrise. "

"Lots of good things about this property! It was clean, and had positives, like a stocked kitchen to cook, two bathrooms and the bed was SO COMFY! Downside -- clearly the people who stayed before us enjoyed some 18 activities, so the whole apartment smelled strongly of marijuana. The host tried to run an air purifying treatment but it still smelled pretty strongly. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay! "

"This place worked out very well for my stay in Peoria. It was convenient for getting to the highways, but also had a Kroger and Wal-Mart close by as well. The place was clean and had everything I needed, and my cat adjusted well to staying there for 5 days. I would definitely consider this place again to stay in Peoria."

"We were in town to visit relatives and this apartment fit the bill. Convenient to everything and plenty of parking. Our grandkids were over and enjoyed the pool. The only suggestion I would make is there were not enough bedside tables and lamps and the living room needed a couple of end tables with lamps. The bathrooms could also benefit from an update. But for our needs overall, the apartment was fine. "
