"Fantastic location , quirky building with lots of space. Few niggles to help improve for future. Not clear from details that middle bedroom accessed through one or other upstairs rooms. It was ok for us but may be an issue for others. Kitchen had limited equipment eg no colander or sieve, no fish slice. Lighting in dining room a bit harsh so some lamps would be a good addition. "Lovely warm terraced cottage in a small cul de sac that is out of the way but within 4 minutes walk of village centre. A well equipped kitchen with a utility room that we found ideal for drying wet outdoor clothing. The cottage was spacious with good storage. "Lovely clean, warm room, hotel has a a great restaurant and some lovely fireside seating in lounge - we would definitely recommend the Sunday lunch at the restaurant! We experienced a little bit of noise on Saturday night due to the hotel’s proximity to the road and nearby pubs but it was lovely and quiet on the next night. Plenty of car park spaces to rear once you drive under the arch to the left of the property."
