"Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. He showed us around the hut with all the facilities that were available. The hut had everything u could possible need. It was beautiful and relaxing and I cannot fault it at all. "We were luck enough to have an earlier check in and the check in was easy and everything ready for us on our arrival. We had ordered a breakfast hamper of local produce and all was ready in the hut. The hut was bigger than it looks and plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 small dogs. Everything you could think of was in the hut. "Excellent stay. Trevor met us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The hut was super cosy and amazingly clean. We had everything we needed for an offthe beaten track stay. Trevor even booked a table at a local pub and arranged a bottle of fizz for us at my request for my other halfs birthday. The surroundings and views were beautiful and there were great walks in the area too. We felt very secluded and private."

"A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat."
