"when we arrived to check in there was no one in the office. There was a note saying to get key off the door at the pro shop, no key was on the door. We were then stuck in the middle of no where at 2 30 in the morning. Very poorly ran establishment. Would never stay there."

"The staff was amazing, the breakfast was delicious and you could see the mountains off in the distance even though we were right in the city. My only complaint is that housekeeping comes around a little too early but that's just a personal preference. I will definitely stay again when we return to visit family."

"The house is away from it all and directly on the water. Peacetime beautiful. My family loved the house and Walmart even delivers so you don’t have to drive out for groceries unless you want to. A easy drive to food and fun. Big yard with plenty of room for the bounce house we rented. Great stay! "

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We were visiting Morristown for a family wedding. We made our reservations at this hotel in January 2023 and paid by credit card at that time. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed by the front desk lady that they would not accept the rate that was listed on hotels.com. They said that Econolodge rejected the price and cancelled our reservation. (I had called Econolodge 2 hours before we checked in to confirm our reservation and they confirmed the reservation.) ...

"This hotel is perfect for someone on a budget. We have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. It is clean and the staff is very nice. It is about 30-45 minutes from Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. So, it isn't super close but not too bad. I think it is worth it."
