"My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. These are nice mattresses. Just watch out for the bed frame in the first bedroom. I stubbed my shins on it more...
