"Owner does not have good communication did not respond to my messages it took two hours to bring me the keys to enter the house as soon as I entered the house was not the same as the photos in the ad the bathroom did not work I informed the owner of this and he did not solve anything and he was even rude to say if I did not like it just cancel it at the end I paid to stay for 7 days he changed the checkout date and did not refund me the difference. The neighborhood surrounding the property is not one I would recommend to people who are traveling alone, but the property does have a security door and an automatic lock on the main door. "The house was very clean and nicely updated. The four full bathrooms were especially useful when we returned from our day at the indoor water park. The kitchen was adequately stocked with supplies. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean and soft.We did have an issue receiving the sign in code, but the issue was able to be resolved within the hour and the owner was responsive during our entire stay.The owner handled snow removal, which was nice, but the person who came to shovel...
